The founder
Mohammed Nasser
Ruwad was founded in Ras Al Khaimah by Mohammed Nasser, whose career has run through the places where operations either work or visibly fail: customer service floors, operations teams, smart systems, control center environments, digital transformation programs, real estate, and AI.
That path shaped a conviction that most technology projects get wrong: transformation starts with understanding how a business actually operates — the phone calls, the follow-ups, the handovers, the complaints — and only then choosing technology. Tools are the easy part. Understanding is the work.
He believes Ras Al Khaimah businesses deserve practical, affordable, powerful digital transformation — the same quality of systems available to large corporations, shaped to the reality of local operations, and delivered by someone who understands both sides.
